I went to Vienna in July to visit the Leopold Museum's exhibition of Art Nouveau jewellery. It was extremely interesting, as far I hadn't tought about how diverse Art Nouveau was and that each countries had their own and very different styles. I liked the simpler, geometrical pieces the most. I couldn't wear the too ornated and too kitschy (e.g. French) jewelleries but I found their precision and how detailed they were very impressive. Unfortunately I hadn't expected taking photos was allowed so I didn't bring my camera, but I managed to google some of my favorite pieces.
Josef Hoffmann, 1905
Gustav Fischmeister, 1910
Philippe Wolfers, 1902
Hans Christiansen, 1901
